Looking for someone to take over my current roommate’s lease, starting in late June . The lease is for months, but you can also find someone to take over for you down the road if needed. The apartment is a B at Bahay on Westlake Avenue. It has a gym, swimming pool, large co-working/lounge area, secure amazon lockers, underground parking lot, and a few other nice amenities. Plus, there’s a Target literally right below the apartment complex, so grocery and some other shopping becomes super convenient.

The specific floor plan is here in case you’re interested. You’d be taking bedroom 2 (the master bedroom). Total monthly cost would be around $ (rent + utilities + parking).
