Room 1 will be available on August 7, has a private bathroom.
Room 2 will be available on August , shares two bathrooms.

The apartment is located where Echo Park meets Downtown, great location with the best that both neighborhoods offer, close to the freeway, shopping, good food, parks, etc. We have gated parking for us and our guests, so we don't have to stress about parking in the street.

The rooms available are large, bright and one of them has its own private bathroom.

The apartment has two floors with tons of shared space. Downstairs there's a big open kitchen that was fully renovated in March of . It has everything you need, a stainless steel fridge and freezer, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, etc. There's also a huge living room/home cinema, a second full bathroom, and a laundry area with a washer/dryer.

Upstairs, there are four bedrooms and a bright common living/dining area that feels very open and homey, with lots of natural light and that we use to hang out, work or chill. It's a great place to connect with housemates or have friends in a low-key way.

We also have a storage unit next door that we share.

You'd be living with a great group of roommates, friendly, clean and respectful, working in creative fields. We speak both English and Spanish. The apartment is the kind of home where you can have the best of both worlds, if you want to be in your own space, it’s easy to retreat to your room upstairs and have your privacy, and if you are in the mood to hang out, there are plenty of shared spaces where we naturally gather for a casual dinner, a movie night, or just catching up in the living room. No pressure either way, we all have our days and everyone here respects each other’s space and flow. We all have our own lives but we really value keeping the home comfortable and welcoming.

Shared utilities are usually around $/month. Landlord pays for internet and security system. No pets and no smoking.
