Private room and bathroom sublease

Description

I am looking for someone to take over my month lease in my /ba apartment. You would have your own room and bathroom, currently there is no other roommate I haven’t had one in months. It’s around $ a month and is furnished with a bed. I do have some decor up, if you want me to leave anything we can discuss that. It is near USF campus and has lots of grocery stores in the area.
