Room for rent

Description

I have a room I’m looking to rent out to a responsible adult. There are kids in the home but they are very respectful. Pets are also in the home and pets are welcome as well. The room for rent is full of windows with its own access to the outside. Driveway for parking, fire pit with large hard. On the end of a dead end road. Rent is including utilities with the exception of splitting the oil bill when the tank is filled (usually $ per person). Laundry is located in the basement. Full use of kitchen, unfortunately there’s only one bathroom.
