URGENT LEASE TAKEOVER!!

Hi I’m Sophie and I currently have a least signed at skyview for the school year (august - August )! I’m looking for someone to possibly take it over- it would be a deluxe room in a bath all girls unit! Rent is a month and i have free parking all of first semester. I would also pay the transfer fee!
