Hi! I’m Makenzie Lauren, and I’m looking for a roommate to move in by August 1st. Rent is around $ per month (it’s usually a bit less and never exceeds $). The apartment is a -bath, and you’d be sharing a room with me—there’s a divider and your own side of the closet. The lease runs from August to July ( months), and you’ll need to be added to it, so I’m looking for someone financially stable who can commit to the full term. You’ll also be living with two other roommates who share the second room; we’re all in our early s. Amenities include WiFi, A/C, an occasional electricity bill, and access to a laundry room. I’m seeking someone clean, respectful, easygoing, and who doesn’t smoke, vape, drink, or party. No additional pets due to allergies, and no loud instruments, as we’re mindful of each other’s rest. I’m currently a 2nd year psychology major going into my 3rd year
yrs old
I do like to keep things tidy, clean, and neat and prefer if you can as well (but I understand when needing to rush)
I’m a morning person and tend to get up super early but I’m quiet, I tend to sleep early (if I can lol)
I mostly study in the apartment. If you're looking to be able to move your study table with you, you definitely can!
