NEED ROOMATE in HARWICH

My name is Natasha (yo female) and I recently found a 2 bed apartment in Harwich, MA on the Cape. I am looking for another woman in their early to mid s to fill the other room from June-September with me (and there is a possibility to extend in the off season, but not necessary).

To tell you a bit about myself, I work in person Monday-Friday as a farm-to-school coordinator so you will not see much of me during the work week! I like to keep shared spaces pretty clean, but understand life gets busy. I would like to be fairly friendly with my roommate to ensure we’re both comfortable!

The deposit is ~$ and is refundable. June and September rent is $ total ($/person), and July and August rent is $ total ($/person) given its peak season, so averages to about $/person/month if you put it all together. The place is furnished (bed, couch, etc.) and has brand new utilities.
