I’m looking for someone to take over my roommate’s lease in our -bath apartment in West Town starting in early July. The timeline is flexible, so we can chat about what works best. You’d get your own private bedroom and bathroom, plus garage parking included—all for $/month.

The apartment includes a private, key-locked elevator that opens directly into the unit—super convenient and adds a nice touch of security and privacy. It’s in an amazing location with easy access to Wicker Park, the Loop, northern neighborhoods, and the Salt Shed (yes, I’m a fan). Some of the furniture belongs to my current roommate, so there’s plenty of opportunity to make the space our own and add your style.

You’d be living with me—, female, young professional in marketing. I commute to the Loop three days a week and love camping, climbing, and live music (especially alternative and EDM). I also share the space with my sweet senior cat, who’s low-key and loves a good nap in the sun.
