Hey everyone, looking a girl; that os interested in taking over our lease for my shared bedroom at The Rive.
The lease is until end of July. The move in is whenever in May. May rent is free and even though it is a shared room my roommate is gone after May and will not be back for the entire summer so the room is all to yourself without extra charges!
