Looking for senior + to share a second floor b apt in gated/ security guarded senior apartments community. Rent is $ per month. There are addtl charges for water, sewer, trash, and basic cable. No problem getting fast wifi. Only addtl charge is electric. Electric tends to be low in winter and higher in summer for AC. I would estimate $ split for the listed items mentioned. Deposit is one month's rent-split. One year lease. No pot, no smoking, no drugs, rarely drink. Clean. People are friendly and helpful in the community. I've lived here before (4 yrs) and relocating back. Like to lease soon because units go fast. This is available move in. I can speak to you via msg app or phone.
