I’d love to stay in this home I’ve created, but I can’t afford it alone — hoping to find responsible, long-term housemates who want a peaceful and clean living space.

• Cat-friendly (I have a few sweet, well-behaved cats!)
• Shared access to the entire home: kitchen, living room, laundry,Garage, and backyard
• Some common furniture provided
• Calm, cozy, and clean environment — ideal for someone who values their space

💸 Rent & Terms:
• $/month (per room)
• All utilities included (PG&E, water, garbage, Wi-Fi)
• 1-year lease required
• First and last month’s rent due at move-in

👤 Looking For:
• Single adult professionals
• Clean, respectful, and financially stable
• Okay with cats
• LGBTQ+ friendly
•Non smoking home
•No additional pets, please – the home already has cats and can’t accommodate more animals. Thanks for understanding!
