I have a private bedroom available in a lovely two bedroom & single bathroom apartment located in the heart of Astoria, Queens. It’s a wonderful neighborhood filled with restaurants, bars, cafes, and parks - I’ve lived here for about three years and absolutely love it!

MOVE-IN DATE: Available as early as June 1st (Month-to-month w/ first month rent deposit)
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: minute walk to NW at BROADWAY and ten min walk to STEINWAY (roughly twenty minutes to midtown)
APARTMENT NOTES:
*Living room and kitchen will be furnished
*Bedroom furniture is up for sale from the previous owner (happy to connect you to the seller if you’re interested)
*No pets unfortunately (but I do love them!)
*Laundry facility down the block with updated machines
*Multiple grocery stores & markets down the block
*Street level unit in a small building of 6 units

ABOUT ME: I am an outgoing performing artist who enjoys maintaining a clean and welcoming living environment. I have an active lifestyle and find comfort with sticking to my daily routine through the chaos of the artistic industry and side hustle jobs. Morning coffee brings me SO much joy, as well as happy hours, strolls outside, live music, and time spent with family & friends.

ABOUT YOU:
Looking for someone who loves an “early to bed early to rise” sleep schedule and preferably someone who works onsite and not remote. My schedule varies from week to week - In the mornings I’m either in the city working as a private trainer or at the apartment prepping sessions and in the afternoon I’m often at the apartment filming self-tapes and training.
