Looking for a clean, responsible female roommate (ages ) to sublease my master bedroom in a bath apartment starting as early as late June through November. Afterwards, my roomate would like to sign a one-year lease starting November 1st.

About the Room:
• Spacious master bedroom with private bathroom
• Walk-in closet and balcony access from the room
• Unfurnished
• Base rent is a month – with utilities, the total is around a month

Apartment Features:
• In-unit washer and dryer
• Shared parking spot with current roommate
• Pool and hot tub on-
• Located right next to a hiking trail – perfect for outdoor lovers
• Shared living room and kitchen

Pet Policy:
• No dogs
• A well-trained cat is okay (must be litter trained and not destructive)

About the area: This apartment is pretty far north but what I like most about it is it’s a quiet peaceful area. It’s located right next to Norterra shopping center and happy valley where there is a ton of restaurants and stores.
