Clean and Comfy Close to Beach

Hi and thanks for viewing my ad!I have a one bedroom available for one person in a two bedroom apartment on May th. Sorry, I am not able to take in any pets because I have them myself.I'm located close to LMU, Otis, Dockweiler, the beach, west-side, Freeways . I'm about a 5 minutes drive north of LAX. Ralph's and Bristol Farms are the grocery stores near by, as well as library, LA Fitness, golf course, bars, and restaurants in PDR's quaint little town center. Playa Vista with all its' hip fun stuff; Whole Foods, movie theater, Park, LA Fitness w.pool, etc. is about mi away. My apartment is located in a small cute older 8 unit building on the 2nd floor. Laundry room is downstairs in the building. Sorry there is no extra parking spot, but, I am willing to share my spot on certain days that would be valuable for you.The rent of $ includes all utilities and wifi. Deposit is $.No other fees. The room is recently painted and carpet steam cleaned. Furniture are new as well. The room has its own mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee brewer, but, you're also welcome to use the main kitchen, fridge, and stove if you're a neat and clean person. However, if you like to cook and hang out every night, you'll be a great roommate with someone else, but this would not be the right fit for you. I'm a very friendly and social person and I also have a very active and busy lifestyle. It's fun to chat here and there and crank up a good conversation, but, I also need a lot of private time.Currently, I work mostly from home as a holistic bodyworker/massage therapist/hypnotherapist. So, the best would be if you have a consistent schedule out of the home. My perfect roommate would be trustworthy, clean and quiet, non-cigarette smoker, and a cat lover.This is a peaceful-, calm-, and clean home, so if you inquire about the room, please be someone who goes about life in a peaceful and mindful manner.
