I am looking for a FEMALE roommate to sublease a private room in my beautiful, spacious BR apartment located on the west edge of Koreatown starting JULY 1st.
(Photos of a available bedroom show it as furnished, but it will be empty).

🏡 ABOUT THE APARTMENT:
* Newer building (construction) with secure key fob entry
* Penthouse-style unit with elevator access directly into the living room
* Hardwood floors, modern layout
* There are 3 bathrooms total. ( shared).
----> 1 Private Bathroom inside my bedroom.
----> 2 Shared Bathrooms in the hallway. (Shared hallway bathrooms shown in photos. 1 is a full bathroom with shower/tub. The other is a half bathroom).
* Street parking only
* Washer/dryer (in-unit)
* Trash chute (in-unit)
* Dishwasher
* Central AC/Heat
* Utilities (electric, gas, internet) not included
* $ application fee
* Security deposit: one month’s rent

📍 NEIGHBORHOOD PERKS:
* Restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and gyms all within walking distance. Even though the area is vibrant, the street is pretty quiet.
* The Purple Line metro is just two blocks away.

We’re hoping to find a friendly, responsible, and tidy woman who:
* Is easygoing and respectful
* Is ideally between years old to match our current dynamic
* Is comfortable cleaning up after herself — we don’t have chore charts, just a mutual respect for shared spaces

We’re 2 women, ages , working in nursing and the food industry. We are independent, but we are also friends, so we enjoy spending time together — whether that’s a night out or hanging at home with drinks.
