ISO private living space in July

I’m looking for a bright, clean, and newly renovated space to rent starting in July- ideally an entire basement or guest house, but I’m also open to a roommate situation as long as I’d have my own bathroom.

I’d love to find a spot in a safe, peaceful neighborhood near Colorado Blvd and I- for easy access to everything.

A little about me: I’m respectful, clean, and communicative. I work hard, love a cozy, calm home environment, and tend to bring positive energy wherever I go. I’m bubbly, down-to-earth, and easy to get along with but I’m also big on boundaries and keeping shared spaces peaceful and tidy.

I don’t smoke and prefer to live in a smoke-free home, though I’m totally fine if people want to smoke outside. If I do have roommates, I’d love to live with others who are also clean, considerate, and respectful of shared spaces.

I love dogs and would be happy to live with one, as long as they’re hypoallergenic or low-shedding (I’m unfortunately allergic to heavy shedders).
