Description

Large (ft) unfurnished room for rent includes utilities in colonial home. Steps from Lake Elkhorn in popular Columbia neighborhood.

Preferably someone who is open to month-month with potential of long term lease. We just want to make sure we’re a good fit. We have 3 dogs so we aren’t looking to add more pets to the house. Pets are contained to an area so they don’t have free range of the house. A one month security deposit, standard credit and background check.

Very safe neighborhood, quiet and Lake Elkhorn’s trail is accesible right from the backyard. Lots of street parking.

Common spaces include kitchen, dining room, living room and deck. Washing machine and dryer are in the basement.
