Hey y’all! My name is Cole. My current roommate is moving out so I’m looking for someone to take his place starting September 1st.
Apartment is part of the St. Anthony Village complex in Marcy Holmes (about a minute walk/5 minute drive from the UMN-TC campus). It’s a very nice, quiet neighborhood. bath. Rent is $ per month (electricity not included but usually around $ per person) with on-
laundry. One parking space is included (currently occupied by my car) so if you own a car we can discuss how to go about that (whether it be switching off with the pass, a reduction in rent for whoever parks on the street, etc.).
This complex is very pet friendly! Landlords are very lax with their restrictions. Dogs and cats will be charged minor pet rent, but any other kind of pet will generally be free of charge!
I’m gay, so you must be LGBTQ+ friendly. That’s my only requirement 🙂
