Hey everyone – my current roommate and I (both grad students) are looking for two new female roommates to join our cozy, newly renovated 4-bedroom house for the upcoming year starting in August!

About the House:
- 4 bedrooms
- 2 bathrooms
- 2 living areas
- modern kitchen
- big backyard

Upgrades: Fresh paint, new countertops, and new appliances throughout.

Laundry: Washer and dryer provided

Furniture: mostly furnished shared living areas

Neighborhood: live on a quiet street near Mackenzie middle school. Close to many amenities in west lubbock. min drive to texas tech campus.

Cost Details:
Rent: $ total (we split based on room but range is $)
Utilities: Typically an additional $ per person per month.

About Us: We're both busy with our masters in architecture and tend to work a lot. When not working, we enjoy wine nights, romantic comedies, and cooking/baking. We like having a cozy and inviting home and keep it fairly clean and organized. We also have a sweet cat.
