Lease takeover at the end of June or July (flexible on dates). Lease ends April bd, 2 bath first floor apartment /month + utilities. Cross streets are Baseline and Rural in the Lakes neighborhood.

We love this apartment and management has been amazing, we just had an opportunity to buy a house and didn’t want to pass on it. We already paid the $ deposit so if you’re approved, you wouldn’t need to cover that and could receive the $ back at the end of the lease.
