The rent is + utilities , WiFi is included and the space is shared with room mates The room is cheaper than the market rate , I’ll pay to transfer the lease to you . It’s very close to campus just minute walk and 2 mins by car to UNT campus . The apartment is guys only . The apartment has a gym , computer lab with free printing , and a common area with area . I’ll move out asap when lease is transferred to you
