Hey everyone I’m currently looking for someone to takeover my lease at the College Town Odyssey for the school year. I am transferring to USF and no longer in need of this wonderful apartment. It’s a month lease starting in August and ending in July. It is a apartment in the heart of college town with a in room bathroom and in unit washer and dryer. The apartment is sq feet and full furnished. They also have a gym facility and multiple study rooms. The building is very accessible with two elevators and two stairwells. They also provide key fobs to into the building for security and patrol vehicles at night for outer safety.

- There is a flat rate of a month but with utilities, insurance, and parking it’s usually around a month.
- They are very pet friendly as long as a ESA letter is provided
- The apartment is less than a 5 minute walk to FSU Campus
- Great location for game days and the apartment hosts free block parties for residents!
