Private room for rent in my Lakewood townhome available starting July 1st. Located in the union square neighborhood (green mountain area) with a minute drive to both downtown Denver and downtown Golden. Looking for another s woman to live with me and one other female roommate. You will have a full private bathroom as well as a shared half bath on the main floor. Room will be unfurnished (photos are with my current roommate’s furniture)

The home includes a shared furnished living room, furnished dining room, finished and furnished basement den, backyard space with a fire pit and grill, laundry room, fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of storage space in both the basement and garage. Parking is included in the rent price and will be in the driveway.
