I have another room if you need for an additional monthly price. If you maybe have a child that visits on the weekends or that you have half time.
The house is about a mile away from Frontier family park, fishing and a Rec Center
There is also a new EOS gym that is about to open up in June.

I live here with my son — we’re super chill and easygoing. We value a peaceful, drama-free environment.

What we’re looking for:
Must have a verifiable job
No drugs, no drama, respectful, tidy, and responsible

I have 1 dog and cannot accept any more animals. The rooms will be unfurnished except for decorations in living room.
