Looking for a young, female roommate to join me (Fs) and my small chi-weenie dog, Oski, in my 2-bedroom Inner Sunset apartment, just 1 block from Golden Gate Park and right by tons of cafes, restaurants, public transportation and shopping. First floor, but there an elevator. Great building with friendly neighbors.

This is a private 1-bedroom with a large closet in a 2-bedroom with a big, bright kitchen and large living/dining area. The entire apartment has hardwood floors. I have a ½ bath in my room, so the main bathroom shower is shared, but the vanity, sink and toilet are all yours! The laundry room is on the ground floor and is coin-operated. There's also plenty of space to store a bike.

The location is perfect for USCF or USF students or employees, newcomers to the city, young professionals, and those who love to be close to nature (we're just one block from GG Park) and all the culture our fine city offers!

I am a young professional working in upscale retail. I love fashion and animals and sometimes dogsit for a few clients in their homes. I keep fairly regular hours but don't mind if you come and go, as long as you aren't too loud at night.
