Looking for 2 female roommates

Hi! My name is Jen, and I am looking for 2 female roommates to sublease 2 rooms in this Ba townhome from August to July . Rent is $/month (utilities included). I have been commuting from Des Moines but will live in Ames for my senior year majoring in Animal Ecology. The apartment has new hardwood floors and carpeted stairs. Both rooms are unfurnished and have large walk-in closets. Roommates would be expected to share the bathroom on the lower level. I have a couch and some recliners for the living room, so you would only need furniture for your room. Washer and dryer next to apartment. There’s plenty of parking available if you have a vehicle.

It’s about an 8 minute drive to campus, or a minute bus ride on the CyRide.

I’ll be bringing my cat, Smokey, with me. He’s lived with other cats his whole life, so he should get along with any cat you’d bring with.
