-Walking distance to everything beltline, top restaurants, shopping, and nightlife
-Easy access to highways/public transit
-Garage parking spot

-Professional, clean, and chill household
-Works remote, but not loud :)
-Respectful of privacy and space, but open to occasional hangouts
-Ideal for a working professional or graduate student
