Super peace and drama free. We all hang out together and eat together and don't mind helping someone out for a month stay or longer if you want to stay longer.
First and last month to move in. You'll get a house key and mail key. Plus, parking covered. Wifi. Pool. Home cooked meals. Rides if I'm available. Plus whatever else I can do to help out. Also you'll get a contract as well for proof of lease and payments.
