Tenants:
I am , male, bartender with bar event business. I am very laid back, understanding, clean and caring housemate. While I’m no chef, I do cook lots of comfort foods that I tend to share often. Raised in a hospitable household and family to always feed people.

Other , female, works from home in office as a property manager and event coordinator for a local venue space. Also very laid back and easy coming. She also has been living in house since .

Yard:
Very large back with 3 big garden beds, fire pit, yard table and chairs.

We do yard tasks together but never anything more than what lease entails for upkeep.

Off house Garage:
Contains work space for vehicles as I work on motorcycles and cars often and have a couple motorcycles in garage. Most gardening and planting tools. Pool table and bar.

Parking is off street on our driveway which fits vehicles. Also parking spot directly in front on house and plenty of guest space.

You:
We’d love to continue living amongst people who can coincide with each other easy and willing to participate in overall house wellness. Those who have no problem cleaning, cooking, doing house tasks together and enjoys dogs with occasional help(let out to side yard, occasional feeding if working late etc…)
It’s been mostly older folks living here but open to students looking for a more quiet location.
