Rent is $ a month, with the lease separate from the other rooms. You would be taking over a current lease for the next 2 months until end of August. Renewing the lease will be available in September 1 year+ if you would like.

You would live with 3 other male room mates who are quiet, friendly, and keep to themselves. Room comes with a desk, chair, closets, and a master bed frame and mattress. Tandem parking is available in the building’s parking garage. Comes with a shared kitchen, bathroom, and built-in laundry appliances.

For reference: I am a dental student at UCLA. The only reason I am moving out is because I have decided to move in a different apartment with my classmates.
