Hey! I work full time, and am looking for a like-minded roommate to share a comfortable, clean, and relaxed home. I’m easygoing, responsible, fun, and down to earth. I keep things tidy and drama-free and appreciate the same in a roommate.

Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors—whether it’s at the beach, hiking, or practicing yoga. I also enjoy cooking, going to concerts, thrifting, and traveling when I can.

I live with two sweet, friendly cats—Severus (a 3-legged black cat, 7 years old) and Isabel (a tabby, 6 years old). They’re both very clean, well-behaved, and love people, so I’m definitely looking for someone who is cool with cats. Sorry, no more pets.

I’m looking for someone who works full time, is clean, chill, respectful, drama-free, and consistent with rent and utilities on time. Ideally, you’re someone who also prefers a quiet home and doesn’t party a lot. A month or longer stay is preferred (lease is month to month) just so I don’t have someone in and out. Rent is thirteen hundred (security deposit is the same also), Utilities/wifi are separate and usually run around twenty. Water and trash are included in rent. Two bedroom with a shared bathroom that is pretty spacious. Two sinks in the bathroom and is a shower/tub. Parking is on street but alternating one parking spot during the week. Looking for ideally a female roommate and by July first. The whole house is furnished except the spare room available. Providing pics of when I moved in a while back so you can see the amount of space and how nice it is:) there is a huge beautiful bathroom mirror that lights up now that was installed right before I moved last year and blinds on every window.
