Property built 5 years ago, fairly new construction. Nice backyard, full kitchen and living room. 5 bedroom house and I have 1 other roomate. You will have your own bathroom and parking is available in front of the house. Quite neighborhood, restaurants and shops close by.

You will basically have the property by yourself. I am active duty but I just moved my family to DC. I will be staying in this house with you Monday thru Thursday but all my weekends will be spent at DC. I’m really laid back and will leave you alone. Cleanliness in common spaces is my main requierement. No drugs, no parties, no drama. Looking for someone quite and respectful to share the house with.
