Hi, my name is Craig. I am a -year old professional. I own and live in a 3-bedroom home in Arlington (just minutes from UTA), and I am renting both of the other 2 bedrooms in my home, so there will be a total of 3 people in my home, rent is $ with utilities included.
The 2 roommates will share the hall bathroom which has upgraded subway tile and a large stand-up shower. The bedroom is standard size feet, with good closet space. I have a large driveway, so both roommates will have off street parking, and one person will have a space in my 2-car garage, and use of on- laundry & dryer. There is a $ non-refundable application fee, paid by the applicant, for a background and credit check. There is also a $ refundable security deposit. Please see pics below
