Couples Ok, I have 2 rooms available but would prefer to only to rent 1 but can accommodate for the right person/people if more than 1 room is needed. square ft house, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, screened porch with ac and extra fridge and deep freeze. 1 room has Full size bed, TV, dresser, walk in closet. The other bedroom has a dresser, TV and king bed. The house is clean, great location off Nicholas and Pine Island, minutes from the center of Cape. Drama free and safe neighborhood. All utilities are included, weekly lawn maintenance, security cameras on all sides of house, electric, water, pest control, high speed internet, Disney, Hulu, Netflix, Sling TV, filtered drinking water. Rent is due every 1st of the month, deposit is $. Unfortunately I’m not dog friendly because I have small 2 kittens. I have and 8 can be very rambunctious, by very well mannered good boys. Must pass a background check, no drugs, no heavy drinking, smoking ok outside. I'm a mom with children so must be respectful, and respectful of visitors as well. I have a whole house generator, hurricane ready! NEED ROOMMATE ASAP. Security required but negotiable.
