This is my second home located in Florida, which I will be leaving soon until winter. I am looking for female professionals to move in and share the space. This clean and quiet house is situated in a gated community close to the hospital and does not accommodate pets.
The home features a lanai for relaxing outdoors and includes access to community amenities such as a pool, walking paths, a workout room, and courts for basketball, soccer, volleyball, and tennis. A garage space is available as part of the arrangement.
I am hoping to find housemates who are kind, easy-going, and drama-free, with a minimum commitment of three months or longer. If this sounds like a fit, I would love to hear from you!
