Lease Takeover

Hello! I am looking for someone to takeover over my lease ASAP. (Pictures of furnished Apartment included but room will be empty). It is a shared apartment located near DOCO and Old Sacramento. Rent does not include utilities or smud (price varies but usually or less). There is a pool, laundry in the complex, and a free parking spot in the garage. Room as large window and spacious closet.
