Looking for a laid-back roommate

This is a bath in Carmel Valley with a yearlong lease and I’m looking for a roommate. The place is a part of the Martinique condo community— it’s about hundred and forty sq ft of living space with an outdoor patio, washer/dryer included, air conditioning, pool and exercise room in the communal area, and two parking spaces. The available room is approx ten by eleven, unfurnished, and you’d have your own bathroom. Fifteen hundred per
month plus utilities. As for me, I’m a world traveler and educator who has lived and worked in California, Colorado, El Salvador, and Brazil. I’m into surfing, tennis, volleyball, mountain biking, snowboarding and several other outdoorsy sports. I’m pretty low key while at home, maybe cooking, reading or watching tv. Otherwise, I’m traveling. I’m clean, dog-friendly but allergic to cats, I don’t do drugs, rarely drink and if I do, it’s wine or beer.
