I have a room available starting June 1st in downtown Oxnard, near the plaza theatre. Shared home, my girlfriend and I in one room and you would have the other room. Full access to kitchen with your own cabinet space and fridge, living room, and backyard. Single person $, two ppl it’s $, utilities included security deposit $

2 mintue drive to Aldi or Vons, two blocks away from candy cane lane, min drive from the collection, qp min drive to the beach and minute drive to CSUCI.

A little about me, I work loss prevention while studying aviation/ pilot training. My girlfriend is a para educator for an elementary school. We have a 9 year old German Shepard, she’s very friendly! Message me for more details or if you would like to come check out the house/room!
