Hi, my name is Emily. I am a -year old PhD student at the University of Memphis and I live in a cute duplex near campus. It’s a bathroom; I’ve furnished the common spaces in the house, we have a driveway and a shared yard. I’ve lived here for two years but my roommate is moving in with their partner when our lease ends at the end of July. The new lease would begin August 1. I’d ideally love to find someone to live with for a few years! I have a cat named Marcus who is super friendly and the best boy.
