Working professional w small dog

Hi! I’m a recent graduate who accepted a position at UC Berkeley. I am looking to move to the area mid-July with my pound cavalier spaniel, Ladybird. She is incredibly sweet, quiet and mild- she mainly just wants to be on your lap or snuggling! I will be working from home Monday’s and Thursdays. I have lived by myself for the past 2 years but have missed having a friendly fave to come home too! What I found works best is being proactive with my roommates by creating cleaning duties or specified days for a cleaning schedule in addition to laundry etc. I am a very communal roommate, if there are dishes in the sink I will do them all not just mine, and don’t mind sharing groceries so long as we are on the same page. I will be getting my footing with work so will likely be busy with creating a new schedule and transitioning to the bay from San Diego so I will likely be focused on that but would love to create a warm, friendly environment. I don’t mind guests/ overnight guests just like a heads up :) I love the beach, cycling, reading and really just want to explore the city!
