Master bedroom in Suntree condo

Description

Spacious master bedroom with walk-in closet and shower. Brand new furnishings in the bedroom including the bed and mattress. Washer and dryer in unit. Fully functional kitchen. Furnished living room and dining room areas. Unit was remodeled about 5 years ago. Brand new windows and sliding glass door 6 months ago. New AC system one year ago. Gigabyte internet. Community pool, gym, tennis courts and valet trash service.

I'm a year old professional working and often busy in the afternoons. I occupy the two bedrooms and bathroom on the other side of the condo and am clean, relatively quiet and very rarely have guests.

Water bill is included but we split the internet () and electric ( in the summer) so it's always pretty low.
