Shared Flat Near Bellarmine

Hey,

I'm Marvin, and since I have to head back to Germany at the end of May, my room in our two-bedroom apartment is looking for a successor. You'll be sharing the flat with Nik, who’s a Bellarmine student—super welcoming, warm, and someone you’ll enjoy having at the dinner table.

The available room comes furnished with a bed and mattress, a couch, and an armchair. We have a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen, so you'll have everything you need. The apartment is in great condition, as we both make sure to keep it clean and in order. If anything goes wrong, our landlord is quick to fix it. We just got a brand-new dishwasher, and there’s a washing machine and dryer in the basement.

It’s only a 5-minute walk to Bellarmine campus, and Kroger isn’t far either.

The rent is $, plus utilities (internet and gas). The room is empty starting from th May the move in date is negotiable, possibly june or july.
