Hey my name is Oliver I am and my roommate and I are looking for a chill, reliable roommate to move into a spacious private room in our 3BR condo near Pico Union by May th (flexible).

You’ll have your own private balcony, full-size bathroom, and 2 closets. The room fits a queen bed, desk, and more. Secure building with street parking. Rent is $ utilities, and $ deposit.

The two of us here are night owls — one’s a trap/underground producer, the other works late — so expect music and activity till 3am. We're respectful and clean, but not a quiet-after-pm type of house. We also prefer no guests, but if you do have someone over, we’ll need to meet them and get a heads-up.
