It’s in a large house RIGHT next to the hollywood/burbank airport. It’s a 2 story house with driveway and fenced-in back yard. There are four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms in the house, it’s approximately 2ksf. There is free parking with no restrictions all the time. There is laundry upstairs next to your room, central air conditioning/heat. I already have cats and dogs in the house so if you’re allergic or have your own pets, please don’t apply. Upmost cleanliness is expected as everyone here is very cleanly already. Bills come to approximately a Benjamin per month per person on top of rent, check out the full listing before sending more questions. The house is fully furnished, the bedroom is partially furnished but can be fully furnished or completely emptied based on tenants needs. There are twwwooo other males living in the house ages in their mid twenties. Everyone’s extremely cleanly, respectful, mindful, and responsible. We expect the same from our roommate. One of the other roommates spends nearly half of his year abroad, so the space stays relatively quiet.
