Located at Tree Apartments just minutes south of downtown, the apartment has high ceilings throughout the entire unit, a huge kitchen with a large island, full sized washer and dryer, a patio that overlooks the pool, and is located on the first floor with easy access to the gated parking garage! The apartment is equipped with 1-gig AT&T Fiber Internet.

DOG FRIENDLY! I have a lab mix that is one of the friendliest dogs you will ever meet, so if you have a furry friend to bring along, please do (at the very least, you must be okay with having a large dog in the house who loves to cuddle up - also, no cats please)!

ROOM DETAILS:

The room that is available is roughly ' with plenty of room for a young professional who is looking to work from home! It has a unique layout that includes concrete pillars for a sort of industrial look, and also includes a large walk-in closet and attached bathroom with a soaking tub/shower combo & linen closet.

REQUIREMENTS:

I am asking $/ mo for the room, which is less than % of the base rent of $/ mo (that does not include roughly ~$ in fees). I am also asking for any prospective roommate to cover % of utility costs (water, electric, internet). Prospective roommate MUST apply and be approved by Tree in order to move in! The app fee is expensive ($), so if you apply and are approved, I will reimburse you % of the app fee. Must also be okay with my dog (large lab mix, roughly lbs), he is extremely friendly and loves both people and dogs (he is spoiled and loves to cuddle up on the couch). You are welcome to bring ONE dog of your own (we can do a meet & greet if you like), but no cats are allowed.

My current lease runs through , and I reserve the right to give any prospective roommate days notice to move out if things do not work out.
