Looking for a considerate, friendly female roommate to share a peaceful, furnished home near Cherry Creek Trail. You'll have your own private bedroom and bathroom, with shared access to a garage, laundry, dishwasher, fenced yard, garden, and plenty of storage.

About The Room:
The home has two upstairs bedrooms. One br (Eleven ft by Ten ft) is available now for Nyne Hundred/month. On July Twenty Seventh, you’ll move into the larger room (Thirteen and a half by Eleven ft) with private bathroom, walk-in closet (6ft square), fireplace living room, and office, rent will then be Fourteen Hundred/month. Only one bedroom is for rent. No couples or pets, sorry.

Ideal Roommate:
Female graduate student or young professional, LGBT-friendly, respectful, clean, quiet from midnight–7am, and preferably active. Can be four-twenti friendly and likes music (I’m a musician/DJ but respectful of shared space).

About Me:
I bike almost daily and love the outdoors, Cherry Creek and High Line trails are just down the street. I work remotely on EST hours with a home office in the second living room. I’m early to bed, early to rise, and also consult part-time, so I appreciate a calm and reliable home environment.

Extras:
Basement available for storage, workout space, guest room, or office. Great neighborhood, friendly neighbors, and lots of natural light throughout the house.
