Room for rent in east Austin!

Description

I have a spare bedroom and bathroom available to rent in east Austin. Walking distance to Roy G park and about ten minutes from downtown, 5 minutes from the airport. House is bath. Room is furnished, but if you have your own things, can definitely shift things out! (Sorry for the stuffed animals in the room photos…I work for a company that sells them and this is where samples have accumulated! Lol) Currently have a garage space available, but lots of street parking available as well.
I rarely have people over to my place. I don't smoke and occasionally drink. For the most part, I work, walk my dog, cook my meals, tend to my plants and binge watch TV or sports. I’m pretty quiet and boring and keep to myself when I'm at home.

I have a small, red toy poodle who loves people and loves to play, but is well behaved and has a yard to run around and be crazy in.

Looking to live with another female, who's down to earth, quiet, clean and responsible. Don't need to be best friends necessarily, but hoping we can coexist well together.
