The apartment is very spacious with 2 Bedrooms (one for each of us), a living room, a bathroom, a large kitchen, and a small extra room for additional space. It is located at the top of the building so it can get hot during the summer (use of an air conditioner is recommended). It includes heating, electricity, water, and trash. I pay for the Wi-Fi as a courtesy. The total rent an individual renter would have to pay is $ per month ($ if you were to pay for the off-street parking). No pets are allowed by the landlord. It is a very quiet home located within walking distance to both the Elmwood Village and Allentown neighborhoods with easy access to public transit. There is also a small space near the back fire escape to enjoy the fresh air.
