1 bedroom for rent in townhousee

Description

I’m looking to rent out my second bedroom. The apartment has a shared full bathroom upstairs and a half bath downstairs. There is a washer/dryer in unit, a portable AC in the bedroom, and there is a small backyard with a bbq. Parking is not included but there is usually plenty of street parking.

The pictures attached of the room currently show office furniture in there but that would be removed. I can have a twin bed put in the room or leave it unfurnished.

I am a fairly quiet professional that works from home. I also have a Pomeranian so I am preferably looking for someone that doesn’t mind living with a small furry animal.
