Hello beautiful souls! I am a year old professional female, and another tenant is my sister on the lower level, who is also a professional. She occupies the basement level and has her own separate facilities: We are both fairly introverted, I can be extroverted sometimes, but we love and embrace peace and respect of boundaries ☮️ . I may occasionally have someone for dinner/a movie but infrequently, and I throw maybe one party for the holidays a year, otherwise guests are kept to a minimum :)

We are looking for a kind roommate that gets along with animals and is ideally employed. My sister and I both work from home for half of the week- we are both very chill, and occasionally like to watch tv together. I work remotely for half the week at a professional job .

My sister has the lowest level rooms, and there is also a washer/dryer on that level.

There are bedrooms and baths total. Three of those bedrooms are on the upper level, where you would be living. Your room would be across from mine, the third bedroom I have converted into a closet. There is also an office space on that level with a balcony. There is plenty space in the closet room and in the office space for additional storage.
Your room has a closet space that is not enclosed. The room is about square feet with two big windows and blinds (one east facing, one north facing).
The main floor has a kitchen area, where there is room for cookware you have. It also has a bathroom with a shower on that level, a living room with a large comfy leather couch and a dining room.
The outdoor space is partially fenced with a large side yard. I have a shed for more storage and a patio type area with a fire pit and table and chairs and a grill. The front of the house has a large porch.
